Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Using psychedelics in a sacred and therapeutic manner takes letting go of who you thought you were to embrace who You Are. It requires learning how to recognize and release the programming of your history and your ego-mind to embrace your identity on a deeper soul level. This transformation reveals your essential connection and unity with the whole. It can help you process through your trauma on a deeper level and for a short time, wake you up from the dream of separation.
Psychedelic-Assisted Integration Therapy
Healing often asks us to move through unfamiliar territory. Whether you're preparing for a psychedelic experience, in the midst of one, or working through what came up afterward, this work offers a supportive, clinically grounded space at every stage.
Services Offered
Preparation Before a session, we clarify a real intention — not a vague wish to feel better, but the specific place in your life where you tend to get stuck. Underneath most of our strongest reactions sits a hidden fear: I'm not enough. I'm alone. It's all my fault. Naming that pattern ahead of time, and building the steadiness to meet it rather than avoid it, is what gives the session something honest to work with.
Session Support A steady, trusted presence with you changes the experience itself — what's actually happening in the room has outsized power over what unfolds. Difficult moments are common and not, by themselves, a sign anything's wrong: a wave of fear, a sense of dissolving, a feeling of "too much." Support is what helps you move toward what's difficult instead of away from it — which is usually exactly what opens into what you came for.
Integration A profound experience needs real time to be absorbed, not sorted out alone in the weeks after. This is where you find out if anything actually shifted — whether the old reaction still runs automatically in the place you named, or whether there's suddenly a little more room to choose. That noticing, done with someone alongside you, is the real, checkable outcome of this work.
My Approach
I bring specialized training in psychedelic-assisted therapy frameworks, trauma-informed care, and somatic approaches to support you safely and meaningfully across all three stages of this work. I work from one premise: you are already whole. The fear, defensiveness, and repeating conflicts that bring people to this work are a fear-based way of experiencing life that obscures this wholeness. My role isn't to direct your experience or hand you insight; it's to help you know your own core fears and patterns well enough beforehand that the medicine has something real to meet, to stay a steady, trauma-informed presence with you while you're in it, and to walk alongside you afterward as you find out what actually changed. Held well, at every stage, this work isn't about the substance — it's about coming home to who you already are.
Who This Is For
This work may be a good fit if you're preparing for, currently navigating, or processing a psychedelic experience, or exploring how altered states of consciousness intersect with trauma, grief, or personal growth.
